We hope you are keeping safe during this difficult period and will soon be able to visit Thailand. We all want to resume travelling but have to wait for government to ease travel restrictions and will have to review out travel habits to adapt to a new norm in the near future.
STAF SAFE PROGRAM 2020
To meet the new health and safety challenges and expectations presented by COVID-19, Aspira Hospitality is launching “Stay Safe”. This new initiative is focused on enhanced hotel cleaning practices, social interactions, and workplace protocols, while ensuring transparency throughout the guest journey.
Stay Safe will be launched from June 1st 2020, with the objective to change the hotel industry norms, behaviors and standards to ensure both hotel guests and employees are confident in the cleanliness and safety of our hotels once travel resumes.
At all open hotels we will continue to take the utmost precautions related to health and safety in line with World Health Organization advice, with temperature checks, convenient alcohol hand sanitizer stations, clean and sanitized rooms with hospital grade chemicals, and the availability of face masks.
We maintain good hygiene and high levels of cleanliness for your well-being by paying attention to the smallest detail. We are taking the opportunity to implement stricter hygiene and cleaning protocols, train our associates and organize a greater deep clean our properties.
Covid-19 has caused hardship and disruption to businesses and services throughout the world, and Thailand, and our beloved hospitality industry, has also been impacted. We have decided to close temporarily many of our properties until further notice. Importantly, there are new government instructions which include an order to close hotels in certain locations. Phuket and Samui travel restrictions are expected to be lifted soon.
Meanwhile, we have kept some properties open in Bangkok. During the closure of selected properties, we are using this time to review our hygiene and cleaning standards, deep clean and in house training to be in better shape when we re-open the properties to welcome you again.
As situation slowly evolves positively with the slow reopening of domestic routes, local airlines, restaurants and shops, we are at the moment considering re-opening some of our properties in Pattaya and Bangkok in mid June 2020. We will be updating our booking engine and facebook once all new getaway deals are available for Aspira Hotels & Resorts bookable through www.icheckinn.com and www.aspirahotelsandresorts.com !
All our properties are however open for reservations for November 1st onwards. Please see below some important updates :
